The Laurel Ridge Landfill is a modern municipal solid waste disposal facility permitted by the Kentucky
Environmental Protection Agency and is in full compliance with rules and regulations set forth by each of
the divisions within the agency.
We are located in Southern Kentucky just off of I75 in Laurel County. Directions to the site are as follows:
From I75 north take exit 38 and turn left at the light on to Route 192 and travel approximately 2 miles
then turn right on to highway 25, then travel approximately 5 miles until you see a caution light where you
will turn right on to highway 552, then travel approximately one and a half miles to a three way stop, you
will continue straight at the stop for approximately one half mile and the entrance will be on the right.
From I75 south take exit 29 and turn right on to highway 25E and travel approximately two and a half miles
and then turn left on to 25N where you will travel approximately five miles until you see a caution light
where you will turn left on to highway 552, then travel approximately one and a half miles to a three way
stop, you will continue straight at the stop for approximately one half mile and the entrance will be on
The site accepts municipal solid wastes, construction/demolition wastes and special wastes with proper
approval. Special waste approvals can typically be turned around in 24 hours.
We can provide transportation and disposal services though our East Kentucky hauling district at
866-428-4208 for municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and special wastes including asbestos, and
non-hazardous contaminated soils. As well as transportation and disposal services for construction and
demolition wastes including transportation of large demolition projects using tractor-trailer applications.
